The Government of Pakistan has introduced Machine Readable Passports (MRPs) for Pakistani Nationals at home and abroad incorporating special security features designed to check human trafficking and forgery. It contains digitally printed personal data with a photograph in the bar code.

The requirements needed to ship dead body is a Death Certificate, Transit Burial Permit, Non-Communicable disease certificate, Embalming Certificate, Notarized copy of Pakistani or any proof of Pakistani Citizenship. Self Addressed Prepaid return envelope.
For registration of newborn is required to fill the form with current passport two size photographs of the child front view with white background. Original and copy of the birth certificate, Proof of father’s Pakistani nationality Postal Service with tracking number is preferable.
For Attestation of US documents prior authentication of US Department of State, Washington D.C. is mandatory. These documents can be submitted to us in person or via postal mail because the personal presence of the applicant is not necessary for attestation.
NICOP is an official identification document for Pakistani Citizens working or living abroad. It can be produced for personal identification in place of Computerized NIC within Pakistan and abroad. It is supposed to be produced at domestic or international terminals.

There is no fee for attestation of pension bill/life certificate. No prior notarization is required if the applicant comes in person to the consulate. The pension bill/life certificate must be notarized if sent through the mail and a copy of Pakistani CNIC, NICOP/Passport and a copy of state ID.
